How It Works

At Noctivi, we believe in delivering quality straight to your door — without the wait of unnecessary middlemen. Every order is shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, ensuring your product arrives fresh and handled with care.


Processing & Delivery Times

Order processing: 1 – 3 business days

Estimated delivery: 4 – 10 business days after dispatch


Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details where available.


If your order does not include a tracking number or estimated delivery date, please allow the full delivery window (up to 10 business days) before reaching out to us. Some shipments from our production partners may not include real-time tracking for every destination.


No delivery estimate shown? Don’t worry — this is normal for certain shipping routes. Your order is on its way and will arrive within the standard 4–10 business day window.


Direct from Manufacturer

Our products ship directly from the place they are made, straight to your door. This means:

  • Fresher stock handled by fewer hands
  • More sustainable fulfilment with fewer transit steps
  • Occasionally, slightly longer delivery times than locally stocked items


We appreciate your patience and are confident you’ll love the quality when your order arrives.


Returns

Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order


Due to the nature of our products (home fragrance and diffusers), we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the product (required for damaged or defective items)


Our team will get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
